About

Engineering High-Speed Mobility

uSky Tech is a U.S.-based infrastructure developer advancing next-generation elevated electric mobility built around pre-stressed string-rail engineering. We originate and develop investable corridors, moving projects from concept to pilot to scalable deployment through partner-led engineering, permitting, delivery, and long-term operations.

Our approach is investor-led and execution-driven: we de-risk the technology and delivery model, validate performance in real-world conditions, and structure deployments that align with public sponsors, private capital, and concession-grade operating frameworks. From an underwriting perspective, the platform is designed to reduce congestion in ways that support long-term political durability, improve air quality to strengthen community alignment, and deliver a smaller physical footprint that can accelerate permitting and right-of-way outcomes. Electrification reduces long-term exposure to fuel-price volatility, while modular construction helps lower CapEx uncertainty and execution risk—factors that directly influence cost of capital, concession stability, and long-duration asset defensibility.

To demonstrate bankability and scale, uSky Tech is advancing two aligned priorities: a Colorado high-speed rail pilot to validate performance metrics, delivery execution, and institutional investor readiness; and a Chile corridor program where modern mobility, economic development, and environmental outcomes can align under a phased, scalable developer–operator model.

We are committed to:

Developing the uST High-Speed Hub

A cutting-edge testing and demonstration center for future transport solutions.

Advancing eco-friendly transport

Reducing emissions and land use while maximizing efficiency.

Revolutionizing mobility for passengers & cargo

Offering speeds of up to 373 mph with unmatched safety and cost-effectiveness.

Projected Roadmap

To bring this vision to life, we are building the uST Hub and high-speed testing center, a state-of-the-art facility where innovation meets real-world implementation.
Our vision unfolds in five key phases

PHASE 1
Current stage

Pilot Hub (Colorado)

We are securing the site and launching the Colorado Hub as the demonstration and certification environment—designed to validate safety, performance, and operational assumptions before corridor-scale deployment.

Delivery & funding concept: Corporate + seed + grants.

PHASE 2A

U.S. Corridor Pilot (JV + BOO Hybrid)

We progress from hub validation into the first full-scale U.S. operational corridor, structured as a municipal/state JVcombined with a BOO hybrid concession to accelerate permitting, delivery, and revenue readiness.

Delivery & funding concept: Private concession + state/municipal JV.

PHASE 2B

International Pilot (South America)

In parallel, we pursue an international pilot to validate export readiness and replication under a complementary policy and financing environment—creating proof points for multilateral and regional infrastructure participation.

Delivery & funding concept: PPP + development banks (e.g., CAF, IDB, World Bank).
PHASE 3

P3 Transition (U.S.) (Institutional Expansion)

With certified technology and operational proof, we transition into Public–Private Partnership (P3) scale by integrating the successful U.S. pilot into federal corridor frameworks and expanding through blended capital structures.
This phase explicitly includes Corridor ID integration to strengthen eligibility for federal alignment, funding pathways, and long-term scalability.
PHASE 4

Global Licensing & Replication

Following U.S. and international pilot performance, we scale via a licensing and replication model—enabling local partners, EPCs, and infrastructure funds to deploy corridors under license, with recurring value through royalties and lifecycle services.
