General Designer

Anatoli Unitsky

General Designer, Author of the Technology, Chief Scientific Advisor.

Dr. Unitsky is a distinguished engineer and inventor, internationally recognized as the creator of the rail electric vehicle on steel wheels and the pre-stressed string rail — core elements of the high-speed, elevated transport systems.

He serves as the General Designer of Technology, leading the improvement of its concepts and shaping the vision behind its next-generation transportation and infrastructure solutions.

Achievements and Credentials

  • Author of 300+ scientific publications and 20+ monographs
  • Holder of 200+ patents and intellectual property certificates across construction, transportation, mechanical engineering, electronics, and chemical industries (including patents under review in the U.S.)
  • Developer of string transport systems for cargo and passengers
  • Pioneer of engineering biotechnologies in transport, construction, urban planning, energy, and agriculture
  • UN project leader (led two official UN initiatives)
  • Ph.D. in Transport
  • Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and affiliated institutes
  • Author of the global environmental program EcoSpace
  • Creator of the near-space exploration project uSpace

Origins of the Technology

In the 1980s, Anatoli Unitsky introduced a concept for non-rocket geocosmic logistics — the General Planetary Vehicle. While refining the infrastructure for this concept, he invented a cost-effective, eco-friendly elevated rail system: the string transport.

Both ideas became pillars of the EcoSpace initiative, an international program for planetary biosphere preservation using nature-friendly technologies.

UST Group: Global Engineering for Elevated Mobility

To bring this vision to life, Unitsky designed  the technology — an ecosystem of R&D, engineering, production, construction.

For years, uSky Tech has been perfecting string-based passenger and freight
solutions.

Unitsky String Technologies Inc. (UST Inc.)

uSky Tech designs, tests, and implements elevated transport complexes . In 2022, the back office was officially recognized as a scientific organization.

uSky Tech drives technological innovation across every layer of the solution.

Production Facility

uSky Tech offers a full-cycle engineering and manufacturing quality-control platform, backed by high-precision equipment and a team of over 200 experienced professionals. By managing design, production oversight, and quality assurance within a disciplined framework, the company helps ensure technical consistency, manufacturing accuracy, and dependable execution across the project lifecycle.

R&D and Demonstration Centers

The first test and certification centers showcase of the solutions in different climate zone:

  • uSky Center in Sharjah, UAE (tropical)

These hubs host:

  • Over 15 models of passenger and cargo uPods
  • 5+ types of elevated string tracks
  • Service stations, control rooms, and platforms

A Global Reach

uSky Tech solutions are currently in active development or deployment in the UAE, the U.S., and LATAM, with ongoing strategic initiatives and marketing communications in these regions, as well as active market research in Argentina, Chile, and Peru.

High-Speed Direction: The Future of uST in the United States

One of the most promising areas of the development is its high-speed application — elevated string routes that transport passengers and freight at speeds up to 500 km/h (310 mph).

The U.S. was chosen as the launch region for this technology for several reasons:

  • A strong demand for high-speed mobility
  • Supportive regulatory environment
  • Substantial capacity for infrastructure investment

All operations related to the high-speed initiative in the U.S. are led by uSky Tech Inc.

“There are no true high-speed railways in the United States today. Yet demand for clean, fast mobility is growing rapidly. Our uST solutions offer an eco-friendly, efficient way to move people and goods at speeds up to 500 km/h. These routes can stimulate economic growth, increase regional connectivity, and redefine transportation in the U.S.”
