uSky Tech Inc. owns the intellectual property (IP) rights in the United States for all string-rail transport originated by the inventor, Dr. Anatoly Unitsky. These rights were granted personally by Dr. Unitsky. The license covers all engineering, technological, and know-how assets related to elevated, prestressed string-rail systems intended for high-speed passenger and cargo transport.
